The Archery Week was launched by the P.E. Department in the first week of November 2022. Students were able to experience a 'try-out' in this inclusive and interesting sports event during their PE lessons at the gymnasium. It was certainly a great opportunity for each one of us to know more about the evolution of archery, specifically how it evolved from a hunting and combat use to an event of the modern Olympics. All in all, students did not only learn the basic skills of how to use the bow and arrows properly in order to hit the target, but also the importance of staying focused and finding their peace of mind.
