The Opening Ceremony was held on 2nd September. Head Prefect, FUNG Ching Kei of 4E gave his speech on the new academic year as the student representative. Principal Cheng welcomed new teachers and new students and addressed the overview of our school in his speech, marking the start of the term. New students, CHEUNG Ho Sin of 1B and LIN Boting of 3B were invited to share with us their goals for the new academic year. They also expressed gratitude towards classmates, parents and school staff who have helped them. Recognition was given to 2024 DSE top students. LIU Ching Tung, one of the DSE high achievers, delivered an inspiring speech that motivated students to pursue excellence. In the end, Mr. Scott introduced the theme of the year, "Climb New Altitude", encouraging Ti-ians to achieve greatness in sports, arts and academics.
